What does a Consumer Underwriting Specialist do?

As a new Consumer Underwriting Specialist at Corda Credit Union, you will embark on an engaging and dynamic daily routine. Your primary responsibility will involve analyzing credit reports and assessing loan applications to ensure compliance with lending guidelines. Each day, you will collaborate closely with team members, fostering a professional environment that encourages knowledge sharing and support.

Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (in office), with ever third Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (Saturday's are remote). Prepare to immerse yourself in consumer lending processes, where attention to detail and customer-centricity are crucial.
